hey guys, i bought EAI's g36c ages ago, and due to meddling and such i've had to re-download it on several occasions. but now TGCS says that i've downloaded it to many times and i can't download it again. so now what? do i have to buy the thing again? becuase it's not giving me that option. can i download it again? this is really annoying me. can anybody shed some light on the situation?

Yep, like you can just download FPSCreator 5 times, from your order history. That is why i work with a backup system.

Well, this is to prevent people from redownloading it over and over again for different FPSC users (maybe their friends or so).
I have no idea on how to fix it, try support.

ahahah this is very srupid you can just save it on a cd or hdd or a memory stick or something.....and you will never loose it...

If you wanted to send it to friends you could just copy the neccessary parts, so the max download doesnt really help...

If I'm not mistaken, it was put in place in case someones login got hacked or something like that, and you can contact them to get it reinstated. It's a strange rule, but no more strange than actually wearing it out.

With the virtual plethora of free to cheap online and offline backup options, it seems incredible that you would have to download something more than five times. If TGC ever goes out of business, will you loose all their software?

Just send Janet an email telling her which model you reached your download limit on, and she'll reset the counter for you.

EDIT: This has happened to me once before with Bond1's zombies when I first started using FPS Creator last year. I kept uninstalling and reinstalling FPSC when something went wrong, and maxed out my downloads in a few days
