I need a simple decal made please. I have the images allready. I tried using decal maker. But everytime I get a error when exporting. so if someone could show how to make one or make one using what i have be great. I honestly though would like to know how to make one.

Thanks man i just need them to kinda get the flashing light thing going. Just have them run in a order. Like a halfa$$ animation lol
