He's releasing a program to the public which he has worked on, which is a good thing so cut him some slack. This is a general forum, so he can post it in here if he wants.

yes but i thought unfinished as it's not yet finished but it soon will be kind of thing...I never intend on finishing this, so maybe there is 1% chance this is the right place?

Well, he doesnt really want to people to comment on it, they can use it for themselves. And usually things in the beta section are going to be finished at some stage which is unlikely with this
