Im looking for a tool that allows me to build pics easly. I need something that allows me to select a pre built frame then allows me to load in the image and presto works. Creates the enity for me. Anyone have this?

Well, you can make pictures easily with Paint.Net or Gimp...

I don't really understand the rest...

nope i tried the demo version wont install i have xp x64 OS i seen it said it might have issues with x64
