Signs (the FPSC entity/segment creation tool) should work in x10. Your media may need some modification, I'm not sure, I always make my stuff from scratch.

Wait - what does signs do exactly?
I thought it was a program that makes signs, not putting them in. Which is it?

Yes, Signs works with X10. Here is a short list of what it can create FPSC ready:.

Signs
Decals
Walls
Floors
Rooms
Custom segments
Text Scripts
Audio and Video Scripts
Overlays

If you're not familiar with it, you should check out the manual.
