Is anyone else getting a solid black preview box when trying to get a preview of an item through the Store?

I use V115 and the stand-alone and it's fine. Not sure what the problem is, sorry Nick.

Not experiencing any problems. Perhaps you could try using the stand-alone version? Or try reinstalling what ever version of FPSC you are using. You know what I mean, if you're using 1.15 run the 1.15 installer again and hit repair.

I remember the solution of this being is to switch your PC settings to use 32 bit instead of 16 bit, somehow 16 bit doesn't want to render the previews.

I did at one time not too long ago. Because I was having problems with v116 and my mod I ended up having to uninstall (including getting rid of references in the Windows registry) and reinstall from disk and then to version 1.15. This took care of the problem but I'm not sure if that is what you would need to do. That's a real pain of a solution. Then if you did it it still might not work.

I would look at what Silvester suggests first.

All my drivers are the latest and the colour depth is 32. Hmm.. seemed a simple reset of the machine did the trick, odd, but ok now.
