Dark GDK / Collision question

If i have a image that is all white and i had set white as my transparency and it had a collision with another object will the collision be detected?

example:
object -> transparent object
|o| -> | |

I don't know what's stopping you from testing, but yes, that will indeed collide.

To give you another idea, you can use dbHideSprite( ) and test collision with the hidden sprite and the objects will still collide, I say this because In my game my sprites contain te color white primarily and this prevents the need to set a transparency color ( at least in your example ) so you can use that color later on if you need to.

Also, I use 255,0,255 for my transparency color mostly due to the fact that it is seldomely used ( and 254,0,254 is just as good if i need it )
