How about using the find first and find next commands to fill an array with all the folders in the USERS folder; and then using that information to copy the files accross to where you want them?

Hope that helps

edited to add example

In Vista there's a folder called the Public Desktop. It's empty by default, but everything in there will be displayed on all desktops for every user - much like the "All Users" in XP.

The path to it is C:UsersPublicDesktop
