I am having a problem where I download entities, like the pac-man ghosts from fpsfree.com and when I start the test game, they are invisible, but still cast shadows and exist. What's going on?

Hmm... Sometimes I get this on my own models. Are they using any shaders?

Are there any shaders assigne to the model? If you look in the .fpe
after "effect =" Does it say something after "effect ="?

Yeah, if you have an ATI card it may conflict with some shaders.

Disabling any shaders is a good way to bug test (remove the "effect" line from the entity in the FPSC editor)

If the entity works after this then at least you know it's shader related.
