Due to the lack of vehicles (including wrecks)any level at the beach wouldnt look like we all know it from pro games and movies.

A paratroper getting lost behind the enemy lines would prove less difficult but that scenario is well-used allready.

If you want simply a story around D-Day you could show how allied spies and scouts providing vital information or did sabotage acts prior to the landing.

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

D-Day really isn't the best idea for an FPSC game. As you can see from your screeny it's a very wide open area.

But I think you should continue just to see your results.

Signature's are stupid.

No. The lag would be terrible + it would look terrible if not done properly.

You shouldn't have to ask us. If it's something you'd like to do, get it down, play it out. See how it goes, you shouldn't make games according to what we think, do what you'd like to do. That's the whole point to FPSC, you have a head full of ideas you'd like to get out and this is a fun easy way to do so

Just do what you want to do. Not what everyone here wants you to do.
(What happened to your zombies vs humans idea? )

it looks good, but the lag might be bad
