I just bought it and look what happened!
Im running Project Blue and FPSC v1.15.
Why did this happen

That is a known bug in Project Blue. It is a recurring thing for all flak and not just that weapon. The issue should be fixed come the next update.

That's not just a mod bug, Ply. I had that same bug in Emergence Infiltration. It was a bit annoying to be honest.

I had that with every grenade launcher a while ago. Without running any mods at all, so the problem is indeed deeper. But as Ply said, It should be fixed now.
(I have given up on this engine, so I wouldnt know much of anything recent)

Generally with weapons bought from the GCS, you have to exit FPSC and start it up again, because otherwise most values in the gunspec are changed to zero.

i just ran the fpsc cleaner to fix mine

Yeah i restarted, and it worked perfectly again. Sorry for not testing that out before i posted.
