you can make semi realistic water in the stock FPSC..but FX mod adds realistic water i think its fx mod but fx mod isnt released yet.

Well... The easiest way would be to lay down your FPS Creator disc on the table, grab a glass of water and pour it over your Disc, and presto! Water on FPSC!

Anyway, your best bet is to get a mod that does this, or make it yourself.
