Hey im a bit new to fps creator and im wondering if theres some kind of feature or tool in it where if you have segements bording a large area,you can simply fill in the middle similar to Paint fill options in photo editing software.And if this does not exist,possibly a new feature or maybe some kind of script.Thanks

There are buttons in the draw toolbar which do this. "Draw Segment As Rectangle" and "Draw Segment As Elipse". Pick your segment, then click one of those buttons and then click and drag in the map window.
