I just tried out the Froggy Shoot Out game, and a little before that I tried out the S4 mod. When I opened the S4 mod, it said I needed DX 9, but I already have that. The same thing happened when I tried Froggy Shoot Out, and probably will happen with all the other S4 Mod games. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Does a DX9 update cost money or no? All I have is $40, and I'm sure my parents aren't willing to spend anything...
