FPSC Classic Product Chat / FPSC download FTP not working.

I uninstalled my FPSC because it broke. Im trying to download it again throught that FTP way. However when I enter my username and password it says they are incorect. Am I doing something wrong? (Before you ask yes they are the user and pass from the email)
