I am compiling a keyword list, I have a keyword list, I want to know how many searches they get. Google tools gives only 150 results, the free keyword ranking software I use only gets me 250 keywords, before the search engines wrongly stop it from asking how many searches they get. So as my list is 350 keywords I want to see how they are ranked for numbers, I would need to split it up and do two attempts, but as it exports to CSV, the csv program I have does not rank the figures, and by that I don't want a list saying 1,2,3,4 etc next to the results, I want it to 'order' the keywords by the search numbers, so the highest number search is right at the top of the list.

So I want to know, what CSV program, preferably a free one allows one to order the figures, or if not a CSV program, then one that opens that format, I can also export from my CSV program as excel format, so if there is a program that will order that format, easily, not buy expensive spreadsheet program, then take a course in spreadsheets, then spend all day messing about doing it, its a simple thing, a click of a button should be all it takes, its a simple thing I want to do.

Either that, or is there a free program that ranks keywords based on searches.
