I mean how to put 3d objects on 2D scene using just X & Y coordinates? Without perspective

I doubt you can. To remove the perspective the scene would have to be rendered as a projection onto a subsection of a plane, but the camera projects out from a point and renders to a cross-section of the view field.

Have a look at this part of the platform game tutorial in the newsletter:

Search for the word "perspective". It suggests a way to remove perspective from 3D objects by setting a very large camera distance and a big field of view. It's for DB Pro but the same trick may work for Dark GDK as well.
