Hey,

I bought a Dell laptop in August and it said i'd be eligable for the Windows 7 upgrade.. yay! However... There website is not been very friendly today. I log into my account fine, then I go to the download product part where you're supposed to go, and then it won't let me do anything else... The pages just will not load. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me? Could be cause that part is busy cause everyone wants it but damn it's annoying. I want a shiney new toy to play with

Seeing as its only released today, i would imagine heavy traffic is the problem. Maybe try it at 3am or something ?

Yeah that's what I was thinking too... I'll try again at some point Not 3am though. Cause thats when I sleep

lol, i suggested 3am because thats more likely to be when everyone else is sleeping

Very good point cong. Plus, when I sleep the people in America and Australia are awake so there's aways people on.

Anyway, the website works today - Apart from it still isn't letting me get my upgrade because it says my service tag is wrong.. yet it's the one on the bottom of my laptop... I will get this upgrade!
