How do you make see through glass textures work in fps?

Its best to study one of the existing media - there is a rather large "window" for scifi.
You'll find the whole window in the segment folder and the glass itself in the entitybank.
Just copy those and check the .fps files, that should give you some hints.

open in GIMP, select the area you want see-through, go to Layer\mask\add layer mask\selection\invert mask.
Then just adjust the brightness\contrast til your happy with it.
