That's my concept of evil robot, armed with flamer, chainsaw and mighty jaws. Model is 'wip'. I think it's not too brutal. So, what can you say?

Looks good so far. the only thing i would be concerned with is its center of gravity. right now it looks like if the fuel tank is full, it will fall over backwards. but besides that it looks cool.

I am not smart. I am not powerful. I am just a guy. I am strengthened through my faith.

Yep, i'll change legs.
What should I add to increase brutality?

Updated, some texture works.
I think robot is more primitive than brutal...

you should form the back of the robot around the gas tank. it would look cooler. and also make it so it doesn't look like it will fall backwards.

Add some pipes for detail on the plain areas.

If it hasn't exploded yet, I haven't touched it.

This model looks like something I'd expect to see in one of the Sly Cooper games.

Though I don't know much about modeling yet (very much a noob modeler), looking at the texture, I'd want to make sure that the textures on the longer parts of the robot don't stretch out too much; it makes it look like the grains (wood on a robot? How earth friendly! ) are going in different directions. It's alright, but I think it would look better if they appeared to all be going in the same direction. Or, you could try to create contrast by using slightly different colors on different parts of the model, to make the robot look more "patched" together, like someone took whatever they had to make him. So, there's my two cents!

Ah, I thought that might be it. Maybe some splotches here and there will make it more rusty-looking. Actually, now I wonder if there's a way to make the not rusted parts shiny so that the rusted parts stand out more? I guess that's more of a shader thing, yes?
