Hi, I was wondering how you can create a screen saver using DarkGDK.

I know on the DarkGDK homepage, there is the nVidia PhysX screen saver thingy, but I have this small 2D program (that I created just to fool around with the Sin/Cos functions) and I want to turn it into a screen saver.

Thanks.

sure, you can make the background do what ever in the loop and check for dbMouseMove do exit the program. also you can(you dont have to) rename it to myexe.scr

if(You.AddCode.toPost)TGC.Users.CanHelp = true;
else return NoCodeMessage;

I think if you have the screensaver set to a time though it will start a new program every so long. Or another problem of a similar nature...

Well, I got the thing built, but how do I add it as a Screen Saver?

just change the name from myprogram.exe to myprogram.scr, put it in your windows/system32 folder(along with any media) and it should be in the list of screen savers

if(You.AddCode.toPost)TGC.Users.CanHelp = true;
else return NoCodeMessage;
