Another of my friends has a pc with the following spces:

Intel Peniutm 4 @ 2.40Ghz
256MB RAM
ATi Raedon 9200 LE AGP VideoCard 128MB
DX9 Updated
Windows XP Pro. SP3 x86

Yet another of my friends has a pc with the following specs:

Intel Penutim Dual-Core @ 2.00GHz
2GB RAM
Nvidia Gefocre 8600GT PCI-E VideoCard 512MB
DX9 Updated
DX10 Updated
Windows XP Pro. SP3 x86
Windows Vista Home Pre. SP2 x86

My Questions Are:
Will FPSC X9 Work On The 1st PC?
Will FPSC X10 Work On The 2nd PC?
If FPSC X9 Does Work On The 1st PC, How Fast Would it Run?
If FPSC X10 Does Work On The 2nd PC, How Fast Would it Run?

Computer Specs: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.80GHz @ 1066Mhz FSB 3MB Cache, Dual Channel 8192MB DDR2 PC6400 800MHz RAM, XFX Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX+ 512MB, MSI P7N SLI-FI Motherboard - nForce 750i SLI

Only your own experience will be able to tell you how well they will run. X9 will run on the first one, and x10 will run on the second one as long as it runs on vista or windows 7.

Its a good day to do what has to be done by me and help my brother to defeat the enemies

According to the x10 specs thread, the 2nd pc will have medium performance with x10. I'm not sure how well that will work for your friend's needs.
