He might be referring to the little 1000 vs 1024 discrepancy.

@razerx: that's just completely wrong.
Maybe in the computer world, but be careful when using those prefixes in real life

(Just had to say that, no offence intended).

Its a good day to do what has to be done by me and help my brother to defeat the enemies

A megabyte is one million bytes.

A mebibyte is 1024^2 bytes.

Pretty much every use of megabyte you've ever seen is erroneous.

Athlon64 2.7gHz->OC 3.9gHz, 31C, MSi 9500GT->OC 1gHz core/2gHz memory, 48C, 4Gb DDR2 667, 500Gb Seagate + 80Gb Maxtor + 40Gb Maxtor = 620Gb, XP Home

Was that the episode where the two of them kept repeating the same day?

No, Teal'c is like that throughout the whole show, it's just how he talks. "Indeed" is his favorite word. You're thinking of the Ground Hog Day episode.

I'm working on Swordfight again! Come tell me what you think!

If anything, some say it's 1024^3 bytes, and some say it's just 1 billion bytes (1,000,000,000)

I'd say a lot of you should hand in your geek badges

EDIT:

Oops, didn't know it was locked, sorry
