Hello folks, its been a while since ive made a thread with some work, and problems

Ive been making a short teaser for a friend and her Avain speices. Its not so much the modeling thats been bugging my, ive got better for some odd reason, without doing much

Anyway heres the not so much problem, just an irratation with max 9.

The wireframes without backface culling pull the crap constantly, so my first idea is to put culling on and you get this,

but even then i cant see behind the feather mesh since its culled.

So is thier some way to hide that part of the mesh without having to disconnect it from the rest of it, Mainly since cutting building and then rewelding is a complete pain.

Anyhelp thier would be great.

Once ive done all that, i going to be creating realistic clouds, so ill pull this thread back when its ready for it since am bound to need help thier lol.

While am here, waht do you rekon of the edge flow, ive actually took that into consideration as i built it ^_^"

Anyway ill keep this updated as i go,

____

in polygon edit menu there is an option to hide polys .select the polys you want to hide move down the menu till you see hide selected & there gone.to get them back just click unhide all.

Thanks i owe you one ^_=

That is very annoying to say the least, mainly since ive been using the cut, relax, tessellte functions -______-" / facepalm /

I really should pay more attention to the other functions lol, i seem to focus on only what i use.

Oh, am surprised you dcypered what i wrote above. Its going on 26hours without sleep and its been along day 0__0 and i need more coffee, am running on green lemon tea, refreshing but it makes me a little more sleepy lol.

update while am here

BTW You said rewelding was a pain, not at all,you just select the polys you want welded(no need for accuracy) and just click the square near the Weld tool and input 0.01 and apply. But that only works when you detach a part and then reattach that part.

If i did it once i can do it again (Do you see what i see Sept 09)
