27 fps in the last screenshot? Ouch.

It sounds interesting... Would like to have a browse through the features when it comes out.

It is , nighthawk has a beta on the german forums. Most features dont work though and for some reason you have to create a folder called flex in the file folder

that last pic needed a burning plane wreckage and small island building to swim to, so I can enter an underwater world set in Art Deco ^_^

I only use this for fun and have no interest in making commercial games ^_^

Downloading, testing.

Jeku always gets drunk and tries to Moderate the ocean. Tirelessly slapping the waves as they roll in.

Here is another , Its really showing off the new flex bloom and window refraction. If you dont have window refraction on you get this neat texture that scrolls across the window as you move ^^

27fps for a big blurry mess? No thanks. Do people really like the way this looks?

I agree with bond1, it does look kind of nice, but it's not making it look realistic

well I dont know what settings the two guys have set, but on my PC it looks a lot better than this...

First you should increase the quality a bit, than reduce the bloom brightness (a bit to strong!), than change the water scale, the water bump.
Than add a little motion blur effect and turn on the sharpen effect.

This would look a lot better than the screens shown in this thread.

(sometimes I think some persons do not know how to use this effects!)

@Bond:
Well as I said, they have not adjusted the settings like they should do for such a scene. I also dont like the look they did with the effects turned somehow to the highest value.

I love the little details, like a small bloom on something, not that big one.

same for knxrb

Dark Goblin: make sure you always release the first media so that you don't have any "unfortunate" pictures showcasing your hard work.

I have seen the older versions of EFX mod on video and it looked really good. Much more interesting than seen in these screens.

Most people turn them on, and crank them up to full, no matter what it is. Because... you know.... more is better, right? It's almost as though they believe a slider is some sort of binary switch that needs to be either at the left or the right.
