Not very well, the processor is weak (1.6Ghz) and the RAM isn't sufficient (533Mhz), the video card isn't powerful enough.

I first ran FPS Creator on my laptop. I found the integrated video did not help, and as I added packs and such it produced low FPS rates. I ended up moving it to the desktop system I run with a video card. Much better results.

I'm not saying you can't run it. In the beginning it worked fine for me and my FPS rates stayed between 30-40 FPS, but I had to keep the number of enemy entities (ex: guard characters to fight) to a minimum, or set them to spawn when I hit a certain point. With adding the many packs and models that are out there, it just bogged my laptop down so bad that I could code in Visual Studio and make my coffee before FPS Creator was even ready to allow me to test a level. You may yield better results, but you may also get the same as we did. IMO, when creating games and software apps that include sound and graphics, the desktop system is the route to go.

Cheers

I have an Acer Aspire One as my laptop. The thing works great for everything but games.
Note that you may not even be able to start FPS Creator at all as the Intel GMA 950 chipset does not support Hardware Transform and Lighting.
It is not capable of playing a game that uses Direct X9 unless that game does not use Hardware T&L.

It's a great little laptop, but it isn't going to do FPSC.

Laptops are not very good for running these things on anyway. The small space reserved for the GPU is what tends to kill it.

The one and only,
