Well, you could buy some really high quality models from www.fpscreator.com, or from the GameCreator Store (There are some free ones too).

Or you could learn to make your own models

The only good media are ones that cost money. Like CA said, buy great model packs, or buy points on the GC Store.

Or buy small packs like, lol, Cyborg ART's Urban Modelpack which I myself might buy before christmas (I just bought 2000 pts, sorry Cyborg).

That is a vicious statement.
People have poured hours into work and just given it to the community, Like Cosmic Prophet for example.

a
wowwowwwowwwow! Now that is not true. I have seen tons and tons of great media for free. Some of them are even better than the ones that cost. so, I wouldn't really say that.

I'm gonna get Nickyduded for this, but...

Try searching the Models and Media forum. I know there's a ton of free blood decals there for download.

Milkshape (3D)
Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Paint.net or GIMP (Textures)
UV Maper Classic (UV Maps)
Entity Workshop, Make entities from X-files etc (FPSC ready)

And time and patience, dont rush.

I have been modeling for 2 years and I am still learning every day.
