I see the "Other Languages" folder, but I am not sure where to move/put it

Well to make it work, you need to copy "multisync.dll" to the folder of the program your trying to run.

Before you compile, in MSVC, go into "YOURPROJECTNAME properites", you will need to add the .lib to the linker.
