I just downloaded the trial version of DBPro and so far I've found it great except for when I put certian commands into a program, it just doesn't run them. All that happens is that the advert at the end appears. I think the command was mid$()

Any help (fairly quickly please because I only have 29 days left ) will be greatly apperciated.

have you got directx 9?? that is necessary for it to run

I have direct X9 i downloaded it straight after dbpro, and I dont have any example code because after I took out the line with mid$ (and the code connected to it) the program ran and so I kept it out, sorry.

get dx9.0b, latest vid drivers for your card, lataest dbp update (5) and latest dbp IDE update 1.09b
