Right fromt the start I've been having trouble with the CD-Key. The code that shipped with my disk was actually different then the one that came in the e-mail. The e-mail's code being the correct one.

So after about 2-3 years of sitting on the shelf I've cracked open my disk and tried to install. Unfortunatly the code I wrote on paper many years ago doesn't work. I was wondering if this would be one of those scenarios where it's okayto use REMOVED.

I'm asking this to show that I bought it, because anyone actually pirating it would never be dumb enough to say so on the forums.

Customer Support can be found here:

http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=contact_orders

That should be the first place you go to for support, not on the Forum Boards.

Make sure the first "o"'s in your serial are used as a ZERO, the only o's that appear in the serial key are lowercase... This is something *most* people tend to do wrong.

That has always bugged me in the past, so I'll try messing with the "o"'s and "0"'s. Thanks.

Which laughs ensued. How could someone be so stupid.

Anyway, always contact customer support before you post on the forums.

Temporarly away from the Phoenix Sentry.

The CD-Key is case senseitive. Copy it out exactly as you see it. It will probably start with 00V.

If it still doesn't work, ask customer support. They'll get back to you in a day or two. :3

EDIT: Yeah, there are people who openly say that they've pirated FPSC. Probably the worst place to confess. lol.

Bloodshot eyes since 1995.
