Hi, I read in the November Newsletter that a Variant of FPSC which is for Strategy Games would be released as part of Update 1.16.
Quote: " A new combined FPSC interface has already been created, and the source code has been prepared for public release starting with the official update to V116."

So I excitedly downloaded the newly released v1.16 but there is no sign of it.. What is the official stance on this new development? Thanks.

The variant is a WIP with TGC. There is signs of it in V116 just never announced. The source code shows 9 actions, dark voices implementations, and inventory/equipment signs. I think this variant will be called First Person Game Creator, Just because of the way the coding is made out.

This is correct, but it also seems that if you use that variant guns will not work :S

Thats because it's a non violent version.

Then you'd have to find a way to port it over between the two modes.

Whats even the point of making a "First Person Game Creator" when you could just include that into FPSC.I mean, there's nothing telling you, that you HAVE TO make a violent game whit FPSC.

What you see isn't always real....
