@GJ - I'm trying it out now. Maybe you took functions to heart, since we can't see the source.

EDIT: First little bug, when you choose 'Addition' it asks you what numbers you want to multiply, need to change that to add.

EDIT2: Not really a bug, but if you type in something to divide, for instance, and you backspace, it leaves a black block where the letter previously was. It's not functionality impairing, but it does take away visually.

EDIT3: Also not really a bug, but you can input strings for what you want to convert/multiply/etc. which is accepted as 0. I'd suggest a way to filter out string inputs.

Bug 1 fixed, thanks for the report
Bug 2 I am trying to figure out now, I found it happens whatever you backspace =P
Bug 3 could you explain what you mean a little better?
As for functions, I'm still working on learning those a bit more, the next version should have them.

And Hockeykid, I'm still learning algebra in real life, but theres a few I could maybe add...

I'm not one for advertising myself, but maybe you could find some use for this plugin.
It still lacks the feature of custom user-defined variable-parameters functions though.

Ideas / do you have?
quadratic functions, matrix translations (for transforming) (Even though direct x does this for us it's always good to understand how a computer does it), bohemian curves (for missile trajectory etc..) Factorizing, using imaginary numbers (yes i'm not making that one up) Other ideas thing to help create formula where you draw the curve it gives you the closest available formula.

As I don't see any obvious link i'm guessing you took it down, so i cannot see what you actually made.

@GJ - What I meant on my third report was that if you entered something like "hello" for one of your inputted numbers, that string would be accepted as a 0. So if you did this: Press A (to begin addition), entered "Hello" as your first number, entered "12" for your second number, your result would be 12, since "Hello" was taken as 0.

What I would do is create a filtration method to find out if someone entered a string of characters instead of a number. If you have trouble with that I could give you an example.

And guess what? once I get a stable version out It is going to go 3d!
