3D World Studio / CShop4 Import not active

Hi I've just bought the Dark Game Studio Package. And the CShop4 came with it. After I have installed it I notice that the Import icon in the file menu is not active. I have looked for upgrades and others misc, but nothing that can help. I even sent a letter to the [email protected] but so far I have recieved nothing.
Can anybody what I need to do?
