i want to load a 3D object with a live background(from a web cam)

If you know of a webcam that has a public API, that is compatible with C++ code (or some such wrapper), and if you write the code for your program to be able to find said webcam, then yes.

Summary: this is something that is probably out of your league. Sorry, bud.

Balagrius published not long ago his projects regarding webcams:

webcam programmed to 'see' through a cloth [DarkGDK]

and

very cheap homemade webcam range finder (LIDAR) in DarkGDK

Those could be used as a start, it seems that many things are possible... I'd like to play with them if I had the time.
