Well here's my work in progres of my scene, doing the scene was faily easy but learning how to make POV render the object takes some doing.

so here it is.

I'd tone down the blue splash of light behind the tv, it should be projecting forward. also the screen itself is dark for the amount of light being put out

will try once I work out how to trun the spot in pov, whole new code set to learn only just worked out how to get and object set to clear.

Some TV's do have colour projected from their sides, so that would be OK.

like your answer Pincho Paxton might use that for why is looking like it does .

I might just leave it as it is because the pov script is about a million lines long and makes doing anything in it hard work on cpu and memory.

i recomment moving light a bit forward aswell.

must be long as it take about 5 mins or more to load in to AC3D,
also it take 15 mins to render in pov.

I've not got long to make up my mined before the dead line is here so will have to make choice to keep there or remove it.

Looks pretty cool! You say you are using POV? Is that like Povray? Povray was my intro into 3d modeling and it was all script as far as I remember.

There's something in this room that makes you can't speak well.
