Here are some screenshots of a soldier I'm working on for my game.
The model is around 2300 polys but there is an face under the mask also.

Thanks
The face is there while modelling, I'm going to export several soldiers with different equipment later, some with masks others without.

Yes I will texture it later, currently I'm experimenting with rigging it. I've attached a video of it in action, there are still some glitches in the vertex assignment but I'm working on it.

You've got some proportion issues there. Look up images of the human anatomy. The arms are too short and cylindrical for the most part. The hands could use some more weight to them (fat).

I like it. The gas mask is cool! The vid was pretty good, too. There is a little tweaking left to do, but it looks like you got the verts and the wireframe in a pretty good standing to make it happen. I do agree with RUCCUS, however, about the arm length and hands. They are just a little off.

i believe u could get away with just making the hands bigger, and making the arms longer, what i mean is, u dont need more details in the hand, they just need some more depht... *sorry if this is non understand able... iam newly awake and tired.*

Now that you mention it, the hands look really skinny
Here's a new screenshot with longer arms and bigger hands.

Remember to break up those two N-Gons on the face, and you have some weird loops and some wasted polygons going on, when i have time i can show you what i mean.

The new proportions make it look a lot more believable.
