Okay, so, I'm using Wings3D right now, and I've made a couch. I'm really new to modeling, and I don't know much about it... But anyway, I made this couch, exported it in .x form, and put it in one of my games to test it. WTF? It was about 1 inch high... How do I fix this?

I don't know how Wings3D works, but did you uv map in the first place? and second of all, how did you put it in the fpsc map? You need to do it with entity workshop, it will make the needed files, .fpe and such. If you already have done that, you need to change the .fpe file of your couch, you should change the scale in that file to any number that's higher than the current number.

Hope that helped

You can change the model scale, simply make it bigger

Yes, I uv mapped it, and everything. I already have it in there as an entity, and I have the scale as 100, but it's really really small.. I guess I need the scale size to be 1000! lol.

Actually, I just changed the scale size to 1500, and it looks like a normal sized couch now.

I don't know about Wings, as have not touched it in a while, but in most 3D App's a segment/room (editor grid unit) is 100 x 100 x 100 unit cube. This will give you a feel for the scale of your models.

You could always import a floor mesh to check your grid scale.

I only use this for fun and have no interest in making commercial games ^_^

Yes, I had that same problem with AC3D so I figured out a perfect 3x1 segment template. Took me forever to get it just right, ugh!
