After 5 and 6, and 9 and 10, TGC has never released a weapon model pack again. This is terrible, because:

- 5 and 6 has terrible hands
- 9 and 10 are useless because EAI does not offer the original MAX or MB files, therefore no one can customize the animations or the mesh properly
- Since no one can customize the models, and there are no alternatives, all games look the same

So, when will TGC stop creating cheap environment packs and start adding some value to the model packs, like in the old days? I don't know you guys, but the last actually good model pack was 16. After that, we only got unoptimized and messed up meshes with terrible texturing work. We want to buy model packs developed by pros, not amateurs that just started to model.

you said

i say this

are you a pro? if not then dont say things like this. it takes a pro to know a pro, and if you are crying about it and putting down others work then you are not a pro.

my advise is this, people work real hard for what is here now. if you would want someone to make a better one then just ask. dont wine to use about the quality. why? becouse its hurtfull to say what is pro and what is not to the authers of thease real good modle packs.they sell them so cheap that turbo squid could not even sell them so cheap.they are doing us a favor so please be kind to others about there work.

All 4 weapon model packs are fantastic, i would be stuck with the basic weapons without them, and since i'm making a game based off the SAS, those weapons REALLY wouldn't help too much..

Now make better. I want to see hands made by you. MP 5 hands are good, maby not the best, but I perrsonally like them. I used them in Planet Hell, even thou I owned 9 and 10, but they fit in better. I liked tehm. And mp 6 hands are great if you want hands without gloves.

well, I wont say anything to that....

Dude, I got one word for you: Retexture. Never heard?

@Della

First of all: stop complaining! These MPs are so cheap you really sound like a **** when doing so. Model packs elsewhere on the net easily costs several hundred dollars for less content than a standard FPS model pack has.

And:
MP28 is a weapon pack. Medieval - but still weapons.

MP23 also has weapons fit for the dungeon.

The built in game creators store in FPSC is also flooded with weapons not found in standard model packs.

If you really want something custom prepare to pay big bucks or spending huge amounts of time making it yourself. Stop expecting that you can have the world for 20$

everyone who can model knows it is a lot of work to get everything right. I am no pro, but I know how to use my tools, and I respec all models even if it's just a stick with some sticks coming off of it...I used to think modeling was hard, really it's just time consuming. I could make a perfect model wiwth the right amount of time, but I can not fully controll everything, I don't have much luck removing polys, but I work hard. they release these models so cheap, that there is no way you can complain unless they put out a pack of cubes and spheres to roll around.

You know if you actually took the time to read up on modding weapons you will find how easy it is to edit in your own models on top of EAI's animations, thereby giving a whole other weapon. Also if you want more weapons, try modeling your own next time instead of complaining and asking for more, you should be happy these packs, they are very inexpensive, one of EAI's pistol alone could run for 40$+++ on another model website.

What you said was terribly rude. From my point of view, all model packs will come to a use. And even if you can do better, there's no need to say that kinda stuff.

TGC aren't the ones that create the models packs. And if you yourself can't model at all, then I thinks it's a bit ironic that you're bringing down the work of others that actully do possess that talent But if the media available here for pennies on the dollar isn't high enough quality for you, you can easily go to Turbosquid and purchase a single weapon mesh for $85.00.

The simple alternative would be to learn how to model. It's not at all hard.

If you don't like the models then either do some yourself or ask politely if some one can do them for you. http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=138778&b=24

Are you seriously making another thread moaning about this? EAI has stated to you several times why those files are not available.

How would new gun model packs solve the problem of everything looking the same? Everyone would start using the new guns anyway, and the problem starts again.

I seriously don't want to see another thread from you commenting on EAI's decision to protect his work. If I do see one you'll take a short break from the forums.
