PWP: finished the kar98k.
It has pickups too!
Screens:
It took me about five hours to make the karabiner, and about 1 for the kbar.
If you decide to go ahead and trade I will send them to you

**Triple post, sorry, I'm a posting freak**

Look, if you think it sucks, just say so and say why! I really don't care if people just say, "wow tis sux". I care when they say why.

So please, I need suggestions; they will be integrated...

Thanks, I guess

Nevermind, guess I'm not gonna shut up, but I'll be more quiet...

On topic...

When it's free? The only reason I didn't give this away for free is because of all the work that I (yes, singular; my group did not help me at all with this one) put into it. It took me forever, plus, I think it deserves to be sold.

Am I not good at anything anymore? I seem to have lost all passion for modeling, game design, and scripting. When I open up AC3D, I just can't think of anything. When I open up levels I'd hoped would go commercial in FPSC, I feel like, 'This sucks!'.

And I don't know why. Sigh*

you said this

plus, I think it deserves to be sold.

i say

me to, I think it diserves to be sold to, i was not saying give it away, all i was saying is people around here are use to getting free stuff. this is fine to, but it takes time to get peoples attention, as for you skills, when you was giving it away people loved it.

Alright, I'm probably going to cut the price to 6 bucks way later near Christmas as Tanya suggested on my website (not the one below). She believes (I think) that a 6 dollar price would get more sales.

I have to agree

To whoever bought the pack first (sorry, won't say the name, but I'll send you an e-mail) for 8 bucks, you will get a few freebies and models by us as a 'sorry' message for making you pay an extra 2 bucks as everyone else during Christmas will not have to pay the extra two bucks you did

Cheers

*Bumpety-bump* ...and double post... again, sorry

I haven't been able to make models for this pack recently due to collision problems. Yet now I've figured out the problems, so I can resume the official first update!

New update will include:
-New Tree models
-New barricade models
-A new house model
-And a few more specials, plus collision updates to old entities

Cheers

EDIT: new house model

But 1st, here's another screen of the ground segment cuz I'm proud of it.

Now to the house...

I think they looks good, just make the bricks on the texture slightly smaller and it'll be perfect.

Ah, was waiting for your criticism. That last model I didn't want to publish yet. Might as well make more remakes of the texture then publish it for free

They look good. Maybe another idea is to make the brick smaller as mentioned, and a greyish/dirt brown color. Perhaps some scratches or dirt smears on part of the fragments. Give the appearance that pieces fell off and hit other pieces. Just a few ideas.

Looks fantastic nonetheless.

Ah, glad to see you again I saw your wife on the forums, 'BlueFox'. I thought you'd changed your username, and I was thinking, "". Then I remembered the e-mail she sent me when you were 'absent' Alright, I'll take those into mind. For some reason, I'm having trouble getting the brick smaller. I'll certainly try nonetheless, however You going to buy? If I make new textures, you'll receive them in the updates. Sorry if that sounded a bit 'advertisement' much.

Yes, I managed to convince Cathy to join the forums. Besides, in my work with Search & Rescue, I can be sent anywhere at anytime and she fills in for me. Plus it's good for her to get out and meet the community too.

We're planning to buy your pack, but of course the home bills and Christmas presents for the kids comes first. We'll look at getting after Christmas is done.

Totally understand you. Gonna buy a few packs myself after my own family (and myself) are taken care of

I'm planning to release a few X-Mas themed models sometime around Christmas if I'm not out snowboarding, like candy canes, ornaments, etc. Just a fun 'lil pack
