Multyplayer level settings help

I'm new to FPS i have created single player game's which works perfectly, now i have made Multyplayer game and I cant play it. I have read the manual but it only show's you how to play the game, it don't show how to set up the level settings so you can get in and host or play it. when i build the game and try to get into it and play its wont let me just says waiting to join.

can anyone help i know its something simple but cant just quite get it.
