I am not 100% sure if there is but, I am constantly erasing and downloading fpsc, and the should be a tab with everything you bought.

You can use search filters to filter out everything you've purchased when you use a blank search querry.

Yes, then it's a long process of re-downloading everything again. It might be better to make a backup of your files directory when you have everything and place it somewhere safe.
