Um Templar,i did exactly what the instructions say,im trying to get the modern hud,and i have the setup as my global,but when i test,i get the same old hud.Help!Ill include my setuplevel:

EDIT:WTH?!??!I just noticed it erased the code i entered?Elaborate please!In the modern day folder in gamecore,i just have 11 dds files and a text document with the code.Help plz!

If you make any changes to your setuplevel.fpi file in FPS Creator it will erase all the new code I have inserted.

Ok, thanks, but It seems that its not installing all the files. I see, pirate numeric, and a few random files here and there, but I dont see the readme or most of the HUDs. Any Ideas?

The HUDS install into two different folders.

The Numerics
C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\gamecore\huds

The Huds themselves.
C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\languagebank\english\gamecore\huds

Check both those folders and get back to me then.

Ah, ok, I didnt see that, thanks! And do you think it would be possible to "Mend" your "ring" (halo-based) HUD into another that I made with Photoshop? Like as in inside a helmet, with that bar at the top, like in halo? Do I have permission?

I don't think so, I could be wrong but I am not sure, havern't really used X10

From what I know X10 doesn't have the same script support that X9 has so I would ask someone in the X10 forums, they would know more then me.

Well the screen cooords were based for x9, so x10 you generally need a better graphics card which means a higher resolution so they will be off a bit.

That's a great HUD Neodelito, I think Ill have to bookmark you for HUD work, I think you would be perfect for what I have in mind. Ive been buried deep upscaling my iPhone apps, Ive been slaving away on 20 of them at once, as they are intended for a business perspective I find it a little flat creatively, Id like to pick up on FPSC as it would be a good outlet for something creative, rather the slow drag of sensible commercialised iPhone apps. What with the new mods and Bond1 spec and normal map shaders, its actually now viable for me to use the thing.

hmmm no, dunno why, I have had plenty of people use it without a problem.

A way it can be done is the following:
login into paypal and press send money,
Type in [email protected] for the reciever (Listed under To)

5 USD for the amount.

and choose:

Purchase: Goods.

Let me know if that works.
