Id post an upload, and i am realy tempted to upload, so i went to the dark matter folder and rechecked and i dont think it mentions copyright.

meaning i will put an upload sometime this week, after some few bug fixes.

Just uploaded some 0.40 pics with a youtube video uploading which will be in the thread soon.

Wow, you've done a lot of work. Is this going to be like a war game, or are you going to go ahead and recreate Outscape - The Annihilation?

Looks good. Some more weapons and enemies would be cool! Also a scene for when you die.

by war game do you mean, scrimmage, and killcounts, simalar to online games like COD and BF2?
if so, no it wont be, it is aimed more towards a Role Playing Game, therefore there will be a storyline and objectives, however it will be open world.

Outscape - The Annihilation, hasnt got much to recreate, the only thing simalar, is the name =)

Im currently modelling some other weapons, id put them in now but im seeing if i can get some better hands (my current hands are well, like 5 polys lol)

and with the enemys, there will more more enemys of simalar appearence however i wont be adding many if any more models as NPCs, for now.

seeing as this part is the tutorial, i am going to make it alot harder to die and possibly make it so you cant die (heck its a tutorial, dont want people getting annoyed on the tutorial)

Do you use Sparky's Collision DLL? It support sliding collision (With a sphere shape).

yeah, i know what i gota do now for sliding collision

the problem is just i gota change the way the terrain checks for collisions(it was interfering), which i can do quite quickly, however sliding collisions is a part of coding i hate =), so one afternoon ill force myself to do it.


i thought this was awesome:
