Ok. Go to start, (On vista its the little colorful ball on the left hand side of your screen all the way at the bottom, Click it. It will bring up the little box. In the little search bar on the bottom type "run" 1 thing should come up. Click it. It will bring up a little box at the bottom again.. Type in that little box "dxdiag" without the quotation marks. It will bring up a screen. Near the bottom of this screen it will say "DirectX version" Then it will either say "Direct X 9" or "Direct x 10" tell us what it says.

now go back to that very same screen where you read that you had x10. Up at the top it will have tabs. The tab that says "Display" click it. Find what grapics card you have. The box will say "display" then under "name" ect... Tell me the name of the card. It will be like Geforce "blah" or ATI "Blah"

That could be your problem, that is not a graphics card, it is an on board chipset. Meaning, you probably only have about 128MB of ddr2 on board video memory. This is not to good for FPSC x10. Also the problem with this chipset, is that its only compatible version of Direct x. Is Direct x9 with a 2.0 shader support. Thats it. I am afraid it is impossible for you to have acquired adequate direct x10. However there is a chance you have an updated version of it. So in which case, go to "http://www.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDHomePage.aspx" And over on the right hand side, you will see "driver downloads" Look for the card you posted "X1200" And download the latest driver. If this does not work, I am sorry my friend. Your graphics card cannot run FPSCx10.

I'm afraid I dont understand what you mean? on the side of the webpage, just click on the first down arrow, and click graphics, then go to readeon, then to the x1200 series, if its not under radeon then just click chipsets or something like that.
