Hi

maybe someone more wise then me, can tell me why my fpsc is breaking down, every time i place a custom static mesh in the lvl.

the .x file is exportet with the settings that is on the screenshot. is that totally wrong, or is it another thing that is wrong.

i had made it to and entity with fpsc entity maker. it shows up in the game editor, with out texture on, and when i place it, its just a white model. so i tryed to preview level, thats whent well, it looks good, but when i build the level fpsc is breaking down.

files names are :

model --> Terning.x
texture --> Terningmap_d2.dds

hope someone can help me out, why it breake down every time.

Thx

what do you mean by break down ?

Do you mean you get an error or what ?

A screenshot of fpsc would be nice

You will find the exact pandasoft export settings at this link
http://www.fpscreator.com/characterstudio.html

if your model is showing up solid white, then the model is missing its texture. You either have a bad link to the texture, or you just need to delete the .dbo and .bin files for this entity with FPSC closed, then start up FPSC and try it again. Make sure you delete these files and restart the editor every time you attempt a fix.

Post your .fpe file here if you can't get it working and I will take a look for you.

You should use the FPSC entity creator found here. This will create the .x file along with the .fpe and associate files.
