FPSC Classic Product Chat / Can FPSC Load DBO Objects?

All the Objects in FPSC seem to be in x format, can it load DBO Objects?
Also does FPSC profer any particular texture format?

Unfortunately, all FPSC entities have to be in .x, as far as I am aware. It might be a stretch, but would be really useful for other applications as well if your level editor exported to .x. If you do that, I could probably help you out from that point as to getting it into FPSC as a usable object.
As far as textures go, there really isn't a preferred format. TGA and PNG seem to be the common ones, but I've seen BMP and JPG as well...

Yes FPSC can load .dbo objects (in fact it creates them from the .x files when they're first loaded). However, it's better to save your objects as .x as if you run the dbo cleaner it will erase your .dbo files.

btw FPSC also changes .tga files into .dds. So it's .dbo for models and .dds for textures is the end result.

Is it the same location for the full version?

Mine is C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator

I think FPS Free is supposed to install to:
