Why I use dbSetObjectToCameraOrientation command,
that object hasn't fog effect but if I don't use
dbSetObjectToCameraOrientation command, the fog effect is be normally with object.

that command has nothing to do with fog, it sets an object to the camera orientation ( making the object face the same direction as the camera )
