I got bored with the old ones and whipped these up. You're welcome to them if you ever get tired of your old ones.

Download attached.
This now contains the NewSeg, NewEnt, and NewPre icons.

PS. I'm broke and this may be all you get for Christmas this year.

Brian.

LOL I did the same thing today, but all I did was change the three new seg, new ent and newpre bmp's. You can find those in my loadingbars post. Not trying to spam your post, but thanks for the download.

Woah, these are good! You should consider asking Lee if he feels like replacing the old ones with these.

Zones are built into the editor code. We can't make new zones without modding the source. These are just icons for the existing zones.

Thanks for these man, as the look of FPSC itself gets a little more spiced up with each version upgrade, these definitely needed a more stylized look as well. Great job

Cheers

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

Nice work Brian. I had one for the player that said "You are here" but Cathy liked yours better.

These are great, X. I tried doing something similar to my install a while back and let's just say it didn't end well. I second the suggestion to do the entity, prefab and segment ones as well in this style. It would make a nice unified, updated look in FPSC.

With the prefab, how do you create a new prefab?

I got them as soon as I saw the post Ive decided to create a pack of effect zones (work like normal zones). Can I use these images for them? (The pack will be free when it is made). I do need ideas for zones though. Heres what i already have:

- Done
- Not Done

Earthquake Zone
Activate While In Zone
Fog Zone
Nuke Zone
Lights Out Zone
Lights On Zone

I just started this last night so im not very far with it.

Yeah, that would be nice, but not without modding the source. I think you could make entity zones that are invisible in game which you could provide scripts with to accomplish what you want. It's not a bad idea to have a pack of pre-scripted entity zones that you could just place down for certain effects. It wouldn't be anything that couldn't be done with a trigger zone and a little scripting, but it's certainly in keeping with the ease-of-use aspect of FPS Creator.

If you want to work on the effects, I could try to make some markers.
