The link to the download probably is since it has no mention of TGC's written permission to do so.
They would need written permission from TGC and we all know they would not give it to them.

But, instead of advertising this link to everyone, you should have emailed Rick or Lee directly.

You should edit your post and remove the site's path before a Mod does when they definitly lock this thread.

Email the link to Rick though ([email protected]) so he can have them remove it.
Or email a mod since it is the weekend, because maybe they have a way to contact him faster.

I flagged it at YouTube as a Scam/Fraud, since they had no option for reporting software piracy.
They probably exclude that since their downloads are videos only and not software, so all they need is the copyright infringment options.

Well, maybe I am the stupid one here then, because I was unaware that TGC was allowing people to distribute the Chugshot.
Maybe that person had permission after all, but it seems like they would at least acknowledge it.

i wish people wouldn't include the chugshot in free downloads, becouse it's a x10 exlusive item. YOU HAVE TO HAVE FPS CREATOR X10 TO GET IT! actually it's jonathan fletcher that should decide if it's ok to give it away free.

No not you. The person who posted the youtube video. He's posted a video in what I can only see is an attempt to be 'leet' but what he is posting is available to all anyway.
