how to?
dbText(X,Y,dbStr()); whats the best way to handle the temp data saved by these commands on the ram..?

ive rad and rad about how terrible it is
can you help?

or offer another way of printing text with coordinates on screen?

You could also make a function to convert it to a std::string then delete the temp data. like this:
